Alaska Redistricting Board Statewide Teleconference and Plan Presentation AdvisoryAnchorage, AK - Today the Alaska Redistricting Board will conduct its final "pre-plan" public hearing at the Anchorage Legislative Information Office (LIO).

The hearing will begin with proposed draft redistricting plan presentations from the following organizations:
- Alaskans for Fair Redistricting (AFFR)
- Alaskans for Fair and Equitable Redistricting (AFFER)
- Alaska Democratic Party
- City and Borough of Juneau
- City of Valdez
After the scheduled presentations have been completed, the Alaska Redistricting Board will open the hearing to comments from the general public via the Alaska LIO Network. The list of Alaska LIO locations can be accessed here.
Alaskans who do not have access to a local LIO may provide comments toll-free by calling (855) 463-5009. Because of the limited number of lines available, those who testify via the toll-free number will be required to hang up immediately following their testimony and listen live at http://alaskalegislature.tv.
