Northrim Bank Announces the Promotion of Four Officers

Northrim Bank President and CEO Joe Beedle is pleased to announce the promotion of four officers at Northrim Bank. Gerlie Monta-Guevarra has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager in Ketchikan; Catalina Haney and Fejie Monta-Carangang have both been promoted to Assistant Branch Managers in Juneau; and Lori Downing has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in Sitka.

Gerlie has 14 years of bank operations experience. She began her banking career with Wells Fargo prior to joining Alaska Pacific Bank/Northrim Bank. She has held a variety of front line branch positions including Operations Supervisor, Operations Officer and Assistant Branch Manager. Additionally, she brings back office operations experience from her time working in Central Services. Gerlie directly oversees the branch operations for both the Ketchikan Financial Center and the Tongass Branch.

Catalina brings 18 years of bank operations experience to her new position. Prior to joining Alaska Pacific Bank/Northrim Bank 13 years ago, she worked for Bank of America and First National Bank Alaska. Catalina is directly responsible for the branch operations at the Juneau Downtown Branch.

Fejie started her banking career 8 years ago with Alaska Pacific Bank/Northrim Bank. She has held a variety of branch operations positions during this time ranging from Teller to Branch Supervisor. Fejie is responsible for the direct branch operations management of the Juneau Financial Center.

Lori began her banking career 6 years ago when she joined Alaska Pacific Bank/Northrim Bank in Sitka. She started as an on-call teller and has moved her way through various operations positions including Branch Supervisor. Lori is responsible for the oversight of the Sitka Financial Center’s branch operations.
