Stoel Rives Welcomes Top Natural Resources Attorney to Alaska Office

Stoel Rives LLP, a leading U.S. business law firm, is pleased to announce that Tina Grovier has joined its Anchorage office as a partner in the Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources group. She brings 18 years of experience in natural resources and energy law.
During her career, Tina has helped secure federal and state permits for Alaska's first heap leach facility, Alaska's first third-party natural gas storage facility, the first non-conditional state right-of-way for a North Slope natural gas pipeline, and Anchorage's first commercial-grade wind farm.
Tina's clients include Alaska Native Corporations, public utilities and oil, natural gas and mining companies. She frequently represents pipeline and telecommunications carriers and refuse services companies before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and state courts. In addition, Tina has broad appellate, litigation, arbitration and commercial transaction experience.
An active member of the Anchorage community, Tina has been involved with the United Way as co-chair of the Tocqueville Society and with the YWCA, and has also volunteered her time with AWAIC Summer Solstice and served as a legal advisor for the Anchorage Youth Court.
Since 2008, Tina has been selected as one of "America's Leading Lawyers for Business" in Alaska by Chambers USA in the area of "Environment, Natural Resources and Regulated Industries."
