Northrim Bank offer new referral program for customers
Customers can receive Alaska Airlines Miles for referring business to Northrim
ANCHORAGE, AK- June 17, 2013- Northrim Bank’s Referral Program has a new incentive for customers who refer individuals that result in new relationships with the bank. Existing Northrim customers will receive a certificate for Alaska Airlines miles for referring a new customer to open an account at Northrim. The more friends a customer refers, the more miles they earn, up to 20,000 in a calendar year. Customer referrals often generate the strongest relationships between the Bank and customers. “We are excited to offer this new incentive to our customers as a way to grow relationships in our communities,” said President and CEO Joe Beedle. “We aim to provide superior Customer First Service every day and this is another way that we can reward customer loyalty.”
Customers will also be eligible to join a new Loyalty Club checking account when they make four qualified referrals. The Loyalty Club offers benefits such as no monthly minimum balance requirements or monthly service charge, free access to online banking with mobile and text banking access and an annual gift.
The new referral program officially launched today, but customers learned about the program at the Annual Customer Appreciation Barbeque that was held on June 13. Hundreds of customers stopped by the information booth and learned how they could earn mileage for each new customer they refer to the bank. More information will be available at local Northrim Branches, online at Northrim.com or by calling the Bank’s customer service center at 800-478-2265.
