Anchorage, AK – Where else could kids get their faces painted while parents learn about the social services available in their community? Come celebrate the 4th annual Mountain View Street Fair! Numerous family services agencies along with local entertainment will unite at Clark Middle School tomorrow, Saturday, June 23, 2012 from noon to 4:00pm to celebrate the diversity of Mountain View and educate the community on services that could help their families.
Full meals will be available for 50 cents and activities include live music and dancing, bouncy castles, rock walls, Bird TLC, booth displays, and many more children’s games. Also, the Mountain View Branch Library will have reading activities and a magician and the Alaska Museum of Natural History will offer free admission this day.
“The Mountain View Street Fair is a fun opportunity to inspire family well-being and social progress in Mountain View. This community deserves our confidence and support, and the Street Fair is a perfect chance to share this camaraderie,” stated Credit Union 1’s President/CEO, Leslie Ellis.
