Premier Alaskan Development Firm Hires Project Manager
Anchorage, Alaska – Andrew Romerdahl joined Pfeffer Development, LLC as a project manager. Romerdahl will provide project guidance and coordination of multiple facets of commercial real estate development.
Romerdahl has more than six years of experience in real estate, appraisal, finance, and property management. He most recently served as a commercial real estate appraiser with Reliant Advisory Services in Anchorage. He earned a Master’s of Business Administration in General Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. While pursuing his Master’s degree, Romerdahl achieved membership status in the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. Last year he helped form the UAA MBA Alumni Club. He has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
Romerdahl became a State of Alaska General Certified Appraiser in 2007 and holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Oregon. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) Anchorage. He is also an active member of Anchorage East Rotary and the Alaska Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
