Nerland Agency Wins Unprecedented Second National Silver Anvil Award

(ANCHORAGE, Alaska)-Nerland Agency Worldwide Partners received a Silver Anvil Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America for its work on the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) charitable contributions campaign known as "Pick.Click.Give." The Silver Anvil Award acknowledges the very highest level of achievement and is the established icon of the "best of the best" public relations practices.

The Rasmuson Foundation hired Nerland Agency to promote Pick.Click.Give, in collaboration with a team that included Kathy Day Public Relations; Conversify; and Foraker Group, with Suzanne Lagoni. The program encourages Alaskans who submit their application online to donate all or part of their PFD to the charities of their choice.

"It's the second year in a row that we have been honored with a national Silver Anvil Award," said Karen King, president of Nerland Agency. "These back-to-back awards are a first in Alaska, making us particularly proud of this achievement, and grateful for the talented team that put this campaign together."
