KFC Launches New "So Good" Tagline with Free Food for Cities that are "So Good"
KFC is celebrating the launch of its new "So Good" global advertising tagline by serving up free $5 Big Crunch Box meals for 100 of the brand's fans in at least 50 of its restaurants nationwide. And Anchorage is "So Good" that it has been recognized as the Alaska city most deserving of free food. Over the last week, thousands of KFC fans nationwide submitted nominations via Facebook or Twitter telling KFC why their community is "So Good."

On June 14, KFC will distribute a secret password and Anchorage KFC store address through their social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter) which can be used to score a free lunch at the select Anchorage restaurant on June 17, starting at 11:00 a.m.

In celebration of its new "So Good" advertising tagline, the first global tagline in the 70-year history of the brand, KFC asked Americans to share why their communities were "So Good." The results are in and Anchorage residents told us that Anchorage is "So Good" that it should be selected as the only city in Alaska to be rewarded with a free lunch. Now, in order to uncover how and where to get a free $5 Big Crunch Box, Anchorage residents will need to fan, friend or synch up with KFC's social media channels where KFC will release the store location and the secret password needed to score the free food.
The first 100 customers to place their order for a $5 Big Crunch Box using the secret password will receive a free meal.
