State land auction bids due Wednesday, July 10 at 5 p.m.
(Anchorage, AK) – The bidding period for the State of Alaska’s sealed-bid land auction for Alaska residents will end at 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 10.
This offering of more than 450 surveyed parcels includes oceanfront, lakefront, riverfront, and roadside parcels, as well as remote, interior and fly-in lots across the state.
If part of your Alaskan dream is to own a piece of the “Last Frontier,” the Department of Natural Resources encourages you to review the properties listed in the free brochures available from its Public Information Centers in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau, and online from the Land Sales site at http://dnr.alaska.gov/mlw/landsale/.
Sealed bids may be submitted in person, by mail, or online until 5 p.m. on Wednesday. The bids will be opened the following week and the apparent high bidders will be notified soon after, as described in the brochure.
