Anchorage Airport Master Plan - Submit Your Comments

Dear Members and Friends of the Center:

The Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is currently undergoing a Master Plan Update and has recently released, and is seeking feedback on, five draft alternatives to meet future demand. Given the significant role the Airport plays in the state and local economy, we would like to ask you to provide comments on the draft alternatives.

Your involvement is really appreciated!

Comments to the Airport's Master Planning team can be submitted via the:

Draft Alternatives

Based on a 2012 Forecast of Aviation Activity (the results of which have been accepted for use in this study by the Airlines and the FAA) these alternatives pose different strategies for accommodating anticipated demand and strategically positioning the Airport for long term development.  These draft alternatives will be evaluated over the summer considering both public feedback and technical analysis; the Airport plans to select a draft preferred alternative in September this year.
