A Good Home is Hard to Find - Anchorage's Housing Crisis

Results from the Anchorage Housing Market Analysis are in and there are some surprise findings.
At the next Monday Forum, Art Clark, vice president of Real Estate Brokers of Alaska, Jerry Weaver, community development director for the Municipality of Anchorage,
Daniel Delfino with the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, and Bill Popp, president of AEDC, will present the housing report and discuss how the looming housing shortfall will affect Anchorage's economy.

Live After Five:
Anchorage Chamber Night    
5 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 12, Town Square  

Live After Five is a weekly Friday night concert series held each summer in Town Square Park. This fun, FREE event features food catered by Humpy's Great Alaskan Alehousebeer and wine, and great live music from local and out-of-state artists.   

The Anchorage Chamber invites you to take part in the festivities from 5 to 8 p.m. this Friday. Check out member business booths and have the perfect end to a long work week! Contact Michele Harmeling at 677-7118 for details.

Chevrolet of South Anchorage

Join the staff of Chevrolet of South Anchorage and the Anchorage Chamber at this month's Anchorage Chamber Business After Hours.


This event will feature a car show theme, with a selection of Chevrolet cars and trucks on display in the south showroom. Door prizes, provided by Chevrolet of South Anchorage, will include a lifetime of free oil changes!

Stick around for the presentation of Chevrolet of South Anchorage's "Trucks for Troops" award, which benefits the ASEA Wounded Veterans Project.
