ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the Board of Directors Meeting held July 26, 2012, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, payable September 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2012.
