Alaska State Commission for Human Rights

THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS, DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION, will continue a public hearing on behalf of The Alaska State Commission For Human Rights in the case of Mellissa Rosga, on behalf of her minor sons, D.R., C.R., and T.R. v. Wilson Walker, d/b/a Walker Properties. Ms. Rosga alleges that Respondent discriminated against her sons by refusing to provide an accommodation for their disabilities.  The Commission investigated the complaint and found substantial evidence to support the allegations.  The case is scheduled for a public hearing on:
