Golder Associates New Hire, New Certifications

Tabitha Trosper is an Engineering Geologist with Golder Associates Inc. Prior to joining Golder, Tabitha served as Geologist in the Engineering Geology group of an environmental and engineering consulting firm where she evaluated geologic hazards, provided field support for engineering geology and geotechnical projects throughout Washington and other regions of the United States. Tabitha has just embarked on her career in consulting with over two years of engineering geology and geotechnical field exploration experience. Ms. Trosper is a graduate of Central Washington University (CWU), Ellensburg, Washington with a bachelor of science and master's degree in geology. While at CWU, Tabitha’s focus was on geomorphology, several of her research projects described the paleoenvironments of archaeological sites in the Northwestern United States and Central Mexico. Tabitha is also passionate about science education and has participated in many educational outreach programs, providing supplemental scientific instruction and promoting careers in science.
Peter Calvin has recently earned his Professional Engineers Registration (PE), and Eric Cannon has recently earned his Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) certification.
Anchorage, AK – Peter Calvin a Project Geotechnical Engineer and has worked for Golder since 2011. Peter is a 2010 MS Geological Engineering graduate of the University of Fairbanks, and a BS Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Colorado. Eric Cannon is a Senior Project Geologist and has worked with Golder since 2006. He is a 1999 MS Geology graduate, and a 1997 BSc Geology with Geophysics Minor graduate of the University of California at Davis.
