REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment must be received 24 hours prior to the date of the workshop unless payment arrangements have been made with PTAC of Alaska.
If an attendee is unable to be present at the workshop, the attendee must contact the Alaska PTAC 24 hours prior to the workshop date to receive a registration fee credit that can then be applied to future PTAC events. "No show" attendees are not eligible for a refund or credit.
