A. Gregory Junge Elected Partner

A. Gregory (Greg) Junge is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.  He represents a wide variety of energy companies, including interstate and intrastate natural gas pipelines, natural gas marketers and local distribution companies.  Mr. Junge serves as co-chair of the firm’s Electric/Gas Coordination Working Group, and has worked with electric marketers and electric utilities on various regulatory, transactional, enforcement, and administrative litigation matters.

Since joining Van Ness Feldman as an associate in April 2007, Mr. Junge has focused his practice on all aspects of ratemaking, regulatory compliance, and rate and tariff litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.  He has extensive experience representing interstate pipeline clients in Section 4 and Section 5 rate case proceedings.  In addition, Mr. Junge has successfully represented the interests of the firm’s interstate and intrastate pipeline clients in the U.S. Courts of Appeals.
