Penair – Soaring To New Heights

ANCHORAGE – Seybert, Bloomquist and Hall to take on new Leadership roles at PenAir. 

Two PenAir executives have been given new leadership roles.  In a recent shareholders meeting, Orin Seybert, founder and President of PenAir, resigned and his son, Danny Seybert, was elected to the position of Chairman and CEO.   Scott Bloomquist was promoted to President and Lloyd Seybert to Secretary/Treasurer.  Seybert & Bloomquist will focus on the global direction and growth opportunities for the airline.

Dave Hall has been hired as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer.  Hall, who most recently served as General Manager of Signature Flight Support in Anchorage, has held key positions over a thirty-five year span in the aviation industry.  “Dave comes with a very strong background in both operations and marketing, making him a key asset to the PenAir team.  “We are excited to have Dave on board”, commented Seybert. 

“We have promoted several key people to VP level positions as well over the last year.  Dave is the final addition to an already strong upper management team that will oversee the day–to-day operations of this company. He is a proven leader and will be a strong asset to this team, added Bloomquist.

Other staff members promoted was:  Bryan Carricaburu, VP Operations; Al Orot, VP Services; Melissa Anderson, VP Sales and Marketing; Mike Cerkovnik VP Finance; Mike Bradley, VP Engineering & Maintenance and Brian Whilden, VP Safety.
