Denali State Bank Appoints Lundgren President and CEO
FAIRBANKS, Alaska – Ja January 4, 2012 – Denali State Bank Board of Directors recently announced the appointment of Steve Lundgren as bank president and CEO following the retirement of former President and CEO Jo Heckman, who will remain active as a board member.
Lundgren has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 28 years in the Fairbanks area. He joined Denali State Bank as Executive Vice President in 2008 and has been functioning in a transitional role since July.
Lundgren formerly worked for both Mt. McKinley Bank and Key Bank.
He began his career as a branch manager in Oregon after receiving his degree in finance and business administration from Oregon State University in 1978.
