VALPAK OF Alaska Helps Businesses Reach Consumers Online
Valpak of Alaska announced today starting this February the addition of the Valpak Digital Network to its blue envelope direct mail marketing services offered to local businesses.
Coupon usage is skyrocketing in a down economy and so is the use of online coupons. “Online coupon redemption is up 25 percent year over year,” said Mary Belanger, owner of Valpak Alaska. “Businesses need a simple, effective way to be found online.”
The Valpak Digital Network features up to three online coupons on Valpak.com, one of the largest local savings site on the Internet. The site features business logos, printable offers, location, maps and directions by business category as well as consumer ratings and reviews. Advertisers have the option to include banner ads, multiple printable offers, links to websites,
e-mail contacts and even show menus and flyers.
In addition to the flagship site, the offers are connected to more than 150 online sites, including the major search engines and sites such as Kudzu.com, Bing, RetailMeNot.com, Cox Radio and Cox Television sites and many others, extending the potential reach to more than 40 million consumers.
“We know our clients are busy. They want to be online, but they don’t necessarily have the expertise or time to invest in managing an online presence,” said Belanger. This digital product makes it easier to get online and get in front of consumers 24/7.”
Valpak’s signature blue envelope of coupons now reaches 45 million households nationally including our hometown Anchorage, Eagle River and the Valley.
“We want to make sure our clients’ offers are everywhere consumers search for savings,” said Belanger.
