(MLFA), an Alaskan owned and operated multi-disciplined architecture and engineering firm, announces Project Engineer James Dunbar, P.E., earned his professional engineer license. Dunbar has 11 years of experience in civil and sanitary engineering, technical design, project and construction management, and serves in MLFA's civil and environmental design group.
