Cathie Straub, CPA, CFP Joins Alaska Permanent Capital
Alaska Permanent Capital Management, a $2 billion Alaskan investment firm, has engaged Cathie Straub, CPA, CFP to head up APCM's new private wealth division for individuals.
Straub has 18 years of experience as a financial advisor and partner with Financial Resources, Inc. Her services will include financial planning, retirement strategies, investment management and estate planning.
She graduated from Miami University with a degree in finance/accounting and continued her education earning her CPA and CFP designations. Straub has been as a "Top 40 Under 40" recipient and is an inductee into the Athena Society.
Straub is very active in the community, she volunteers with The Great Land Trust, the Alaska Theatre of Youth, Anchorage Estate Planning Council and the YWCA. In 1999, Straub's community service was recognized by Mayor Rick Mystrom and she received the Mayor's Award for Public Service.
