"Bills to Watch" now online
Every session, the Alaska chamber creates a list of "bills to watch" to help members, elected officials and the public follow legislation important to the business community.
In addition to providing bill, committee and sponsor information, the list includes the Alaska Chamber's position on the proposed legislation; whether the Chamber supports or opposes it.
The page is regularly updated and can be found on the AlaskaChamber.com site under Bills To Watch.
Legislative Briefings audio available
In case you missed any of the policy briefings:
"Increase Responsible Natural Resource Development by Improving the Efficiencies of the Permitting Process and Gaining Access to Resources"
"Reform Oil Tax Policy to Encourage New Oil Production"
"Reduce the High Cost of Energy"
Audio and talking points are now online here.
