Alaska Quake Last Game In Season One to Take on No. 1 Colorado Kings

Anchorage, Alaska – On February 25th and 26th, 2012 the Alaska Quake play host to the Colorado Kings in an American Basketball Association (ABA) match-up. The visiting Kings are ranked  number one in the 90 team ABA and will try to challenge the Quake. The game on Saturday will take place at Begich Middle School in east Anchorage at 7:00 PM, while Sunday’s game will start at 4:00 PM.

The ABA is geared towards making games exciting, fun, and affordable for the whole family. The Alaska Quake, in their first season, has a 7-4 record going into this weekend’s last game of season one. Not only does the Alaska Quake provide family friendly entertainment at an affordable price, they do so with talented team basketball. Tickets are $10 for teens and adults, $5 for kids 6-10, and kids 5 and under are free. Come out and help to pack the house. Support your Alaska Quake!

The Alaska Quake Basketball Team is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization formed in 2011 to use basketball to help build confidence and moral character based on sports principles.
