The February issue provides early highlights of December 2010 electricity data. In December 2010, total electric power generation in the United States increased 3.1 percent compared to December 2009. The average U.S. retail price of electricity increased 1.3 percent in December 2010 compared to the previous year.

Coal Distribution Report - Annual 2009 (Final) (02/18/2011)
This final report provides detailed information on domestic coal distribution by origin State, destination State, consumer category, and method of transportation. Also provided is a summary of foreign coal distribution by coal-exporting State. All data for 2009 are final and this report supersedes the data published in the four quarterly reports during 2009.
