USKH Sponsors Olympian Holly Brooks
February 2010 - USKH Inc. (USKH) is pleased to announce that the company signed on as the major corporate sponsor of Holly Brooks, a member of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games U.S. Nordic Ski Team.
"We've been rooting for Holly to make it to the Olympics during the last few months," says Tim Vig, USKH's President. "When we found out that she needed sponsorship for the Winter Games, we leapt at the opportunity - Holly is someone whose pursuit of her goals is truly inspirational, and we admire her involvement in our community as a ski coach."
Brooks' quest for the Olympics has been well documented in recent months. As a last minute addition to the 2010 Olympic team, she proved herself a contender with two top thirty finishes in the World Cup races that wrapped up February 6th. Currently preparing for her first Olympic race on February 15, Brooks is grateful for the support she's been receiving: "Your sponsorship truly makes my Olympic goals possible."
