UPDATED -- Rep. Young Congratulates Alaskan Olympians

Washington, D.C. - Alaskan Congressman Don Young released the following revised statement Feb. 3 congratulating the seven Alaskans that have qualified to compete in the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada:

"A very heart felt congratulations to each one of you," said Rep. Young.  "You and your families have all worked incredibly hard to get to this point, dedicating a good portion of your life to your sport, and you deserve all the glory that comes with it.  To have not one, not two, but seven of you representing the great State of Alaska, is a testament not only to the heart of Alaska but to the amazing people that this state generates.  I hope you all have a wonderful time in Vancouver and I wish you all the best of luck!"
