USKH Hires Water Resources Specialist

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – USKH Inc. (USKH) is pleased to announce that Ann Marie Larquier joined the multi-disciplined architecture and engineering firm earlier this year as a Water Resources Specialist.
Larquier joins USKH’s Environmental and Water Resources Division, where she will focus on water resource investigations, drainage and flood projects, storm water modeling, and environmental permitting. Prior to joining USKH, she was associated with the University of Alaska Anchorage as a research scientist in the Resilience and Adaptive Management Group under the Biology Department. She worked on the Arctic Water Resources Vulnerability Index, examining the physical hydrologic, ecologic, and sociological aspects of freshwater issues in native villages in Western Alaska and Eastern Russia.
Since joining USKH, Larquier has worked on a variety of projects across the state including the Seldon Road Extension project for the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, the Chester Creek Sports Complex project for the Municipality of Anchorage and the Juneau International Airport Runway 8/26 project for the City and Borough of Juneau.
Larquier received her master’s degree in Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University in 2011. Her educational emphasis was hydrology and water resources. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon.
