Ahtna, Incorporated Declares 2012 Shareholder and Elder Dividend
Anchorage, Alaska – On December 5, 2012, the Ahtna, Incorporated board of directors formally declared a shareholder
dividend for 2012 of $3.53 per share, or $353 per 100 shares. In addition, Ahtna shareholders age 62 and older will be
receiving an Elder dividend of $300 for 2012. Ahtna, Inc. has issued an Elder dividend since 2009.
Both dividends will be issued on Friday, December 14, 2012.
“With the price of fuel being so high, this dividend really helps our shareholders,” said Nicholas Jackson, Ahtna, Inc.
Chairman of the Board. “I’m very pleased the board approved this dividend.”
“We know this dividend comes at a critical time as our shareholders struggle with the high cost of living and rising fuel
