USKH Lauds Will Webb on PTOE Accomplishment

USKH Inc. (USKH) is pleased to announce that Will Webb, P.E., recently became certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) by examination and is one of just six PTOEs in Alaska.
Nationally, more than 100 professional engineers took the most recent exam and Webb received the highest score. The exam includes the following categories: Traffic Operations Analysis; Operational Effects of Geometric Designs; Traffic Safety; Traffic Control Devices; Traffic Engineering Studies; and Social, Environmental, and Institutional Issues.
“Will has always been a top performer in the Surface Transportation group and his PTOE examination success is a testament to his initiative, dedication and solid knowledge base in the traffic arena,” says Steve Kari, P.E., USKH’s Surface Transportation Division Manager. “We are extremely proud of Will and his continued professional growth.”
Webb is a USKH Associate and has been with the firm since 2004. He graduated from the University of Idaho. Among his current projects are: Safe Routes to School Study for the Cordova School District, and multiple projects for the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), including installing flashing yellow arrows at traffic signals in the Anchorage area and designing a new roundabout on Glacier Highway in Juneau.
