HEALTHY START perinatal grant opportunity for Alaska
This HEALTHY START grant opportunity is aimed at reducing perinatal disparities and infant mortality using case management, outreach, health education, and including perinatal depression and interconception services. Agencies that provide services to folks in the following census areas are eligible to apply: Yukon-Koyukuk (north of Fairbanks), Nome, and Bethel and Wade Hampton census areas. This is a 5-year grant opportunity!
