Film Festival - Submission due date is January 4th, 2012
The Alaska Forum on the Environment is proud to announce our 5th Film Festival. We are inviting interested agencies, organizations, as well as individual participants to submit films to be shown at the Film Festival.
Films should be current, applicable to the Alaska Forum on the Environment (AFE) and generally not more than 30 minutes in length. Topics are and not limited to: invasive species, climate change, emergency response, environmental regulations, pollution prevention, energy resource-conservation, and rural issues. AFE must receive your film by January 4, 2012 in order for it to be reviewed. For more information, click here.

Alaska Airlines has again offered discounts to participants traveling to Anchorage to attend the Alaska Forum on the Environment. When booking your ticket, use Discount Code ECMG335.
To use the Discount Code go online to http://www.alaskaair.com and input the Discount Code when searching for flights. The discount will be applied to any flights meeting the travel dates associated with our event. By clicking the "?" next to the discount code box after entering the code you may view a detailed description of the rules.

Poster Sessions
We invite interested agencies, Tribal governments, organizations, researchers, as well as individual participants to submit their projects to be displayed at the Alaska Forum on the Environment. Projects should be current, applicable and may include photographs, literature, and summary information on poster board. Suggested topics include: community recycling projects, innovative clean up projects, invasive species, climate change research, emergency response, environmental regulations, fish and wildlife populations, rural issues, energy, military issues, pollution prevention, and contaminants.
