New Native Plant Source Directory On-line


If you sell native plants or plant seed the Alaska Division of Agriculture, Plant Materials Center wants to hear from you! The current Native Plant Directory is used by agencies, contractors, and individuals to find suppliers of Alaska native plants and can be viewed on line at: www.dnr.alaska.gov/ag/nativedirectory.htm.

We have designed a new form for you information and materials you have available for the new Directory. The new form is available on line at: www.plants.alaska.gov/native.

Submissions need to be received by January 10, 2011 and will be reviewed prior to inclusion in the new Directory. This form can also be used to submit updates or change information as needed.

Alaska is in need of native plant seed and plants for re-vegetation and landscape projects.  If you produce and sell native plants and/or seeds, please contact the Alaska Plant Materials Center to be included in the new Directory.Send your submissions to Peggy Hunt via e-mail (peggy.hunt@alaska.gov); fax (907-746-5316); or mail to Alaska Plant Materials Center, 5310 S.
