Anchorage Children's Health Festival

The Anchorage Department of Health and Human Services is hosting its first Anchorage Children’s Health Festival for the whole family from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 9.
The festival will include four quadrants: Education, Health, Nutrition and Recreation and will feature:
  • Tons of kid’s activities like an inflatable obstacle course, dunk tank, games, crafts, and much more!
  • Over 30 exciting and interactive exhibits offering valuable health, nutrition, and safety information to help parents and their children lead healthier, more active lives.
  • FREE school immunizations, mini physicals, and vision screening!
  • Parents must bring their child’s shot record to receive immunizations.
  • Nutrition & safety presentations
  • Prizes & giveaways
  • Live music and dancing
