For Eighth Year CH2M HILL Achieves Top Ranking among U.S. Environmental Firms

DENVER — CH2M HILL, a global full-service consulting, design, construction and operations firm was ranked the top U.S. environmental firm in Engineering News-Record's (ENR) annual Top 200 Environmental Firms list, a position it has held since 2006.

“Our firm began over 65 years ago as an environmental firm, primarily focused on helping our clients solve their water and wastewater challenges. Today our business has expanded to encompass energy, environment, water and infrastructure, but the principles of ensuring people have clean water, clean air and a healthy environment is still at the core of what we do.” said Lee McIntire, CH2M HILL’s president and CEO.

According to the report, revenues were down for many of the Top 200, but “list leader CH2M HILL managed to grow its total to nearly $4.3 billion, up about 5%from last year.” Also, the firm’s environmental revenue outside the U.S. increased to 42% of the overall numbers.
