WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 5TH for a presentation by

John Havelock, Professor at UAA and former Attorney General for the State of Alaska

The Alaska Constitution states that every ten years on the general election ballot there must be the question "shall there be a constitutional convention"?, thus, this question will be on the November ballot.   He has written a book entitled, "Let's Get It Right", which examines the constitution in detail and makes recommendations both pro and con. He will be our guest speaker.
