Carol C. Fraser Joins Denali Park Resorts as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – (July 21, 2009) – ARAMARK Parks and Destinations (APD) announces the appointment of Carol C. Fraser as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Alaska. ARAMARK Parks and Destinations, an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service, owns and operates Denali Park Resorts lodging facilities in Denali National Park and Preserve and operates the Glacier Bay Lodge and Cruise at Glacier Bay National Park.
As a key member of ADP’s Alaska Regional Team, Fraser will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing and sales initiatives to drive business and tourists to Denali Park Resorts, Doyon/ARAMARK Joint Venture and Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve portfolio of businesses.
A resident of Alaska for more than 25 years with four generations of her family currently living in the state, Fraser brings 15 years of hospitality industry experience to the job.
Fraser joins APD from Pfeffer Development Group in Anchorage, where as director of business development she was responsible for the overall opening and operating of the Anchorage Car Rental Center at Ted Stevens International Airport. Prior to that, Fraser held the position of co-owner and vice president of Aspen Hotels of Alaska with six properties throughout the State. Fraser also previously opened nine hotels across the state and serves on the Statewide Resource Development Council Board of Directors.
