Talkeetna, Alaska – CIRI Alaska Tourism is pleased to welcome Cris Rosemond as Executive Chef at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. Chef Rosemond is responsible for the exquisite culinary experience at both the Foraker Restaurant featuring fine dining, the BaseCamp Bistro and all catered events including weddings, meetings and conferences. Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge has a long history of fine dining experience under several executive chefs and has won the wine spectator award every year since 1993. Rosemond’s past experience suits him well to continue this leadership in Alaska cuisine experiences for Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge and we are pleased he has joined the team.
