Ahtna Announces New Interim CEO, Roy J. Tansy Jr.

Anchorage, Alaska – Ahtna Netiye’, Inc. is pleased to announce that Roy J. Tansy, Jr. has agreed to serve as Interim CEO.
Mr. Tansy assumed the top position as of April 12, 2013. Mr. Tansy is a shareholder of Ahtna, Inc. and has served the Ahtna Family of Companies in many different roles for over 10 years, the most recent being the Executive Vice-President of Ahtna Netiye’ and the President of Ahtna Construction & Primary Products Company (AC&PPC), a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Angela Vermillion, Chairwoman of the Ahtna Netiye’ Board of Directors, says, “On behalf of the Ahtna Netiye’ Board of Directors and Company, we are very pleased that Mr. Tansy will be filling the role of Interim CEO while the Board goes through the executive search process. We believe he will carry out this role in a manner consistent with Ahtna values and we look forward to working with him in this capacity.”
