Alaskan NAPA Tech Wins Nationally Accredited Award
Franco Belk was recently honored with his second ASE Technician of the Year award.
Belk graduated from Chugiak High School and served in Vietnam after joining the U.S. Army. In 1984, Belk started Peters Creek Auto Repair. Eight years later, he opened Peters Creek Auto Repair Too in Eagle River. The Eagle River location has since been renamed Eagle River Automotive.
Belk has been an Automotive Technician in Alaska for 50 years. Eagle River Automotive has been BBB accredited since 2006, proving Belk’s dedication to the industry and his commitment to superior business practices.
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) was established in 1972 to help improve the quality of automotive service and repair. ASE has been honoring the best of the best in the automotive industry nationwide for over 30 years (www.ASE.com).
