Northrim Bank Promotes Miller, Hoxie
Northrim Bank President Joe Beedle announced that Jim Miller has been promoted to senior vice president.
Miller is senior vice president, senior credit officer and is responsible for leadership in quality assurance and will take an active role in underwriting, loan policy, portfolio management and risk management. He has more than 35 years of banking experience and has worked at Northrim for 13 years. Miller holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and a certificate in accounting from San Diego State University. He has served as president of the board for the Alaska Zoo and is a past president of the Anchorage YMCA.
Northrim Bank Chairman and CEO Marc Langland announced that Dawn Hoxie has been promoted to branch manager.
Hoxie is assistant vice president, branch manager at Northrim’s Eagle River Branch. She is responsible for all daily branch operations and ensures the bank’s Customer First Service goals are met. Hoxie has more than 20 years of banking experience and has worked at Northrim for 17 years. She is a member of the 2010 Chugiak Eagle River Women in Business Women’s Show committee and a member of the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce. Hoxie also volunteers with Northrim’s School Business Partner Firelake Elementary School and with Junior Achievement.
