Attend Today's Webinar on DOE Funding Opportunity


The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy is hosting an informational webinar about its funding opportunity for Establishment of an Inter-tribal Technical Assistance Energy Providers Network today from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Mountain Time.

Announced on Feb. 12, 2016, the funding opportunity makes up to $7 million available to Inter-tribal Organizations and Alaska Native Regional Corporations interested in establishing internal energy experts to provide regional technical energy assistance and informational resources to their member Indian tribes, including Alaska Native villages. Applications are due April 14, 2016.

In addition to describing the funding opportunity, the webinar will describe who is eligible to apply, what the application needs to include, cost share and other requirements, how to ask questions, and how applications will be selected for funding.
